to any order you place with us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders ship Monday – Saturday. Most in-stock items ordered before 2 PM ET will ship the same day.
If shipping to a P.O. Box, please choose Ground or FREE shipping (where applicable). Expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Boxes.
Duallane Truck Parts does not ship to APO’s. Expedited shipping options are not available for DSV (Direct Ship from Vendor) items.
Free Shipping on Orders $150+*
Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible, in-stock orders totaling $150.00 or more after discounts, excluding taxes. This offer is valid for US orders shipped to a single address within the 48 contiguous states. Look for the free shipping eligibility label on product pages. Free standard shipping is provided via Duallane's carrier of choice.

Exclusions:
A total package order over 150 lbs. or 100" combined dimensions is considered oversized and will be ineligible for free shipping.
LTL truck freight items are not eligible.
Expedited shipping options incur additional fees.
If you qualify for Free Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you will be charged shipping for the entire order.

Parcel Shipping:
Parcel items are classified as weighing less than 150 lbs. and no more than 108” long.
For eligible parcel shipments, our shipping platform, ShipStation, selects the optimal carrier based on the customer’s selected shipping speed, with options for Ground, 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day delivery. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you have a preferred carrier, please reach out via email or phone before placing your order.
LTL Shipping:
All LTL orders must be submitted through the Quote Cart. Once submitted, please allow up to one (1) business day for our Customer Support team to review your request.
Shipping quotes are valid for 72 hours from the time they are issued.
After an LTL order is placed, it may take up to two (2) business days for parts to be gathered from our warehouses and prepared for shipment. We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Products marked as “LTL Only” will ship via a local LTL carrier. These are items weighing 150 lbs. or more or measuring over 108” in length.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges, including liftgate service and residential delivery fees
TRACKING INFORMATION
We will send an email with tracking information when your order is ready to ship. Tracking information can also be found on the Orders & Invoices page when you login to your account.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only.
