Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@duallane.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories in a secure package., then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  Per our suppliers, do not write the RMA number on the product packaging - doing so may prevent your return from being acceptable.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

If, in our sole discretion, we accept the return of a product that is not in its original packaging, unused, in good condition, and otherwise eligible for return under these Terms, such return may be subject to a restocking fee. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical Parts
  • Mattresses
  • Built-to-Order or Custom Items
  • Final Sale Items
  • Special Order Items
  • Items that cannot be resold if they have been installed or modified. Items must be in new/unused condition and clean, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Items that are scratched, dented or protective material or packaging has been removed.

Please Note

Manufacturer's Restocking Fees: Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee. If you need to return an item direct to the manufacturer, the re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

If your product is damaged in transit, all freight claims need to be reported to our returns department, so you can file a freight claim with the carrier. You need to sign any shipping papers or bill of ladings noting “Damaged”. If this isn’t done the freight company may deny your claim.
