Core Policy
When purchasing an exchange or remanufactured item, a core charge applies. This charge serves as a deposit on your old part, which may be refunded when the used core is returned and verified to meet return requirements.
The returned core must be the same manufacturer and part number as the item purchased.
Important: Exchange products require purchase of both the Part and the Core deposit. Orders missing either component may be placed on hold. If the missing component is not purchased within three (3) business days of notification, the order may be canceled.
Core returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Refund processing may take up to 45 days after the core is received and inspected.

WHAT IS A CORE
A core is your old, used part that still has rebuildable value.
When the core is returned and meets the return criteria, the core deposit will be refunded.
Returned cores must:

Be complete

Not contain excessive damage beyond normal wear
CORE RETURN PROCESS
Please follow these steps when returning a core:

Use the original packaging if available.

Drain all fluids from the part prior to shipping.

A $100 handling fee may be applied to cores returned with fluids.

Ensure the part reflects normal wear and tear only.
-

Cores with major damage such as cracked housings, broken shafts, or missing major components may not be accepted.

Wrap the part in plastic (a garbage bag works well) to prevent leaks.

Secure the part inside the box using packing paper or cardboard to prevent movement during transit.

Include a copy of your invoice or packing list inside the package.

Clearly mark the outside of the box “CORE RETURN.”

In certain cases, you may be asked to return the core directly to the manufacturer. Only do so if instructed by our support team.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be issued after the core is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
