Quote Policy & Procedure

Please carefully review our Quote Policy. This policy will apply to any quote you place with us.

QUOTE SUBMISSION:

  • To submit a quote, log in to your account and use the Quote Cart, accessible from most product pages. 

  • Parts that are not in stock cannot be added to the Quote Cart. For these items, please email your request to Quotes@Duallane.com. 

  • Our Quotes Team will acknowledge receipt of your request and begin processing it within 1 business day. 

  • If our team has any questions, or if you need to follow up on a submitted quote, please include your Quote Number in the subject line and email Quotes@Duallane.com. 

  • For shipping quotes, please provide the delivery address in the Comments section. If no address is specified, the default account address will be used unless otherwise noted. 

QUOTE EXPIRATION:  

  • General parts quotes are valid for 7 days. 

  • LTL freight quotes are valid for 72 hours. 

  • Pricing is subject to change after the quote expires. 

  • Parts listed in a quote are not reserved and availability may change at any time. 

PAYMENT TERMS:  

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement. 

  • Orders will not be processed or released for shipment until payment has been received in full. 

EXCLUSIONS:  

  • The quote does not include taxes, duties, customs fees, or any additional charges imposed by regulatory authorities. 

  • Duallane Truck Parts is not responsible for any delays caused by freight carriers, acts of nature, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  

  • Any modifications, special handling requests, or additional services must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges.
