The RevHD RM-D08 Rev Max Drive Seal is an OEM-grade wheel seal engineered for severe-duty applications, specifically designed for drive axles rated up to 34,000 lbs. Manufactured with HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), it offers superior resistance to heat, chemicals, and wear, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments. The seal features a unique Flex Design that accommodates minor misalignments during installation, reducing the risk of cocked seals—a common cause of premature failures. Its top plate protects the seal from impact and brake heat, while the wider inner and outer diameters provide greater contact coverage, enhancing sealing efficiency. The RM-D08 is compatible with oil or grease hubs.
