The RevHD RM-D06 Rev Max Drive Seal is a high-performance wheel seal designed for severe-duty applications, particularly in drive axles rated up to 44,000 lbs. Manufactured using advanced HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), it offers exceptional resistance to heat, chemicals, and wear, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments. The seal features a unique Flex Design that accommodates minor misalignments during installation, reducing the risk of cocked seals—a common cause of premature failures. Its top plate protects the seal from impact and brake heat, while the wider inner and outer diameters provide greater contact coverage, enhancing sealing efficiency. The RM-D06 is compatible with oil or grease hubs.
