The Ex-Guard XG-295SG3 is a Generation 3 Extreme-Duty Plus grille guard designed for set-forward axle semi-trucks, offering enhanced front-end protection. Constructed from 8-gauge high-tensile steel and finished with EVRCoat™ corrosion-resistant PVC coating, it features five cross bars and an additional 4 inches in height to safeguard critical components such as the bumper, fog lights, radiator, collision mitigation system (CMS), headlights, hood, and grille. The guard is equipped with LEVRLock™ dual-cam latches and the Xero-G™ Lift Assist, reducing the effort required to raise and lower the guard for inspections by more than 95%. Additionally, it includes the XG-LP10 license plate bracket and is CMS-compatible, ensuring proper functionality of radar-based systems in various truck models.
