The Ex-Guard XG-150SG3 is a Generation 3 Extreme-Duty Plus grille guard designed to provide robust front-end protection for set-back axle semi-trucks. Crafted from high-tensile 8-gauge steel and finished with EVRCoat™ corrosion-resistant PVC, it features five cross bars and an additional 3-inch height to safeguard critical components such as the bumper, fog lights, radiator, collision mitigation system (CMS), headlights, hood, and grille. Equipped with LEVRLock™ dual-cam latches and the Xero-G™ Lift Assist, this guard facilitates easy inspections by reducing the effort to raise and lower the guard by more than 95%. The XG-150SG3 is CMS-compatible, ensuring the proper functionality of radar-based systems in various truck models.
