The Ex-Guard XG-150BG3 is a Generation 3 Extreme-Duty Plus grille guard designed to provide superior front-end protection for set-back axle semi-trucks. Constructed from high-tensile 8-gauge steel tubing, it features five cross bars and an additional 3-inch height, enhancing coverage for critical components such as the bumper, fog lights, radiator, collision mitigation system (CMS), headlights, hood, and grille. The guard is coated with EVRCoat™ corrosion-resistant PVC and includes LEVRLock™ dual-cam latches and the Xero-G™ Lift Assist, reducing the effort to raise and lower the guard for inspections by more than 95%. Compatible with a wide range of Class 8 models, the XG-150BG3 offers robust protection and ease of maintenance.
