Description

The 6V6228 seal O-ring is specially designed for high-temperature situations where it needs to withstand air, fuels, lubricants and hydraulic fluids. It has a size of 121 inches and can handle temperatures ranging from -40 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Made from fluoroelastomer (FKM) rubber, it possesses qualities such as resistance to diester lubricants, halogenated hydrocarbons (above 100° C), petroleum fluids, phosphate ester fluids and silicone fluids. Its cross-section diameter measures 0.103 inches with a diameter of 1.049 inches and an outside diameter of 1.255 inches. While FKM rubber performs well in these environments, it's important to note that it is not suitable for applications that require resistance against amines, brake fluids, engine coolant, fire resistant fluids, ketones, steam or water.
