Description

The OMC 3J1907 seal O-ring is a part with a dash size of 906. It is made of NBR (nitrile) rubber which is the sealing material. This O-ring has a straight thread design and measures 0.078 inches in diameter, 0.468 inches in inside diameter and 0.624 inches in outside diameter. It is compatible with fittings of size 9/16 18. The NBR rubber used in this component can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 100° C. It offers resistance against fuel, oils, gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel and lubricants. However, it is not advisable for applications that require resistance to bio-diesel or coolant. To protect the O-ring during installation and ensure assembly, it is coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). The hardness of this component measures at 90 Shore A. It complies with the SAE AS568 Dash Size of 906.
